19-55 years

Young and middle-aged people

For young people under the age of 40, preventive eye health examinations are essential. If eye diseases have not been diagnosed before, they don't have to wear vision aids daily.

Considering the specifics of studies or work and the eye strain to perform them, we recommend visiting an eye doctor at least once every 2-3 years to rule out the occurrence of diseases.

Eye and vision testing is highly recommended for women during pregnancy as there are changes in the woman's body, including the hormonal system.

Suppose your daily routine involves wearing contact lenses, wearing night lenses, or you've had a vision correction surgery. In that case, you should see an ophthalmologist or vision specialist according to a schedule specified by the specialist.

REMINDER - after reaching the age of 40, even if there are no specific eye and vision health complaints, testing is recommended at least once a year because eye diseases can appear without noticeable specific symptoms or even complaints of vision changes.

  • In case of eye and vision complaints or discomfort, a visit is required immediately.
  • Suppose the patient has started treatment for eye diseases or eye surgery - for the best possible treatment result. In that case, it is mandatory to follow the doctor's recommendations.
